About Us
Boston Holotropic is a dedicated group of experienced Grof-certified Holotropic Breathwork™  facilitators, facilitators of other modalities, trainees and supporting participants. We have seen the benefits of Holotropic Breathwork in our own lives, and also in the growth and healing in the lives of people who have participated in our workshops around New England.

Jean Wood has been participating in Holotropic Breathwork sessions since 1989, and certified as a facilitator with GTT in 2006.  She has facilitated in large groups with Stan Grof and staff at Naropa University and Omega Institute, and has assisted with smaller groups in the Pacific Northwest. She currently lives in Maine and offers weekend workshops in the midcoast area.
Jean is a botanist, naturalist and inveterate gardener with a masters degree in botany from the University of Wyoming. She has long been fascinated by the potentials of self-exploration and inner healing, and finds the natural world a powerful source of connection to the inner world and the human soul.
